This was a fantastic apartment. The host (Erica) was incredibly helpful both before and during the stay. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of local wine which was such a treat and the kitchen was stocked with essentials such as coffee, tea, oil etc. The location was ideal - close to the historical centre and transport.

Great location, easy walk to the old squares and churches, and to Enzo Maserati museum. Excellent bed, best I’ve slept in a rented room. The host was kind, friendly, and communicative. The room was in a lovely apartment and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with options.

The place was absolutely perfect for my stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to main attractions and shops. All facilities brand new. Spacious and brilliant design. Shower was large and bathroom and bed excellent. Easy to get in on arrival with great instructions given. Close to central Modena and short walk to cafe for breakfast. Helpful and pleasant staff. Easy to park. Make sure you go to the fantastic fish restaurant in the same street very close.
