Just everything! The service from all the staff was amazing. They are highly professional and honestly sympathic! We had great conversations. The food was delicious, the ambiente and accomodation were beautiful and unique. We had no worries at all during our stay here. The Japanese hot pot was an amazing experience! Everything is great, the owner is very friendly and hospitable. It was great experience to try real Japan style living. The host also made me matcha tea. It is very friendly atmosphere, and I felt very safe because no men around.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. Its situated in a quiet region, really close to the train station. Its a good option if you want to wind down a bit. The amenities, service and included meal were amazing. There are a few things to do in the surrounding area, but if you want a bit more, you can just take a train to Osaka (these come at an approx. 20 mins interval). I would definitely chose it again for the next trip.

Very good value, everything was very clean , futons comfortable, aircon great. Room bigger than expected .We were there for the Osaka Expo and the metro leaving the venue broke down changing our arrival at the hotel time to unknown and after midnight. So happy that although check-in usually finishes at midnight the owner stayed up for us, was still welcoming and sorted out car parking etc. Felt like true Japanese hospitality beyond expectations. Big relief after standing 3 hrs in a very crowded broken train. Only drawback is the one shared bathroom/shower was a bit busy but we managed

What an incredible experience! When travel is your passion you seek more than just a comfy bed and good location, you seek an all incapsulating experience. And you will find that here. The property is culturally significant, boosting traditional Japanese living with a touch of western comforts. It’s set on an old street lined with traditional Japanese house a short stroll or bike ride into town. One of the most incredible aspects of our stay was our host, who was extremely tentative and welcomed us with open arms and shared some of the local eateries for some mouthwatering traditional Japanese cuisine.
