Compact and tidy, has all necessary things (even adapter for EU type of plug!), and the location is quite good as well. The host wasn’t there but explained everything in detail via WhatsApp and send his friend/neighbour who was very kind to us and pick up us, showed things around and gave very useful tips re. This is a bright, clean, well equipped apartment. The host, Phenic, is very friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. We had stayed here before and came back because we liked it. We found the location good for everything we wanted to do. We mostly walked, but there are plenty of tuk-tuks around. All the electrics and plumbing worked. The wifi was good. We liked having a balcony. There is a bar close to the apartment block with very reasonably priced beer. We would definitely stay here again.

The best location. You can walk in old town everywhere. Fort Jesus, Forodhani restaurant, Jahazi coffe, etc. And the Fatima is so kind! She cares about us time to time. It was so thoughtful. Thank you so much. The house is big enough and very comfortable.
