This is a freshly built guest house, all rooms are big, the furniture is new. It is pretty far from the beach but in our case we travelled by car and we wanted to hike more then going to the beach so this was not a problem. The price is very good.

The host provides sun umbrella and a beach blanket. Our children could independently go to the beach from the place or return back. There are several shops and places to eat. There is 24/7 taxi service. There is no solid road from the main road to the guest house - bumpy 5 minutes. The location is perfect for families with little kids.

Everything matches the photos. Nice helpful staff. The only downside is that it's not as close to the center as I'd like, but there are hot springs and not as crowded beaches nearby.
