Very well maintained, clean rooms. Staff was friendly and could arrange ferry tickets to Koh Rong easily. Location was good , not too far from the ferry pier or the beach.

I had a delightful experience during my stay at MLZ Apartments in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The hotel exemplified the warm hospitality and rich culture that the country is known for. The room was fantastic, 4 months in sth east Asia and I find this little gem !!! Price fair, wifi perfect , bed so comfy, staff happy 😊, room so clean, desk inside, good size fridge to , everything I liked, location nice to I honestly would go back !! I'm not understanding of some of the reviews tho, most are good but some not that good, I've stayed in so many places in my 4 months in vietnam, Laos and Cambodia , this was one of the best !!!

Old building, refitted and everything worked well. quiet location slept well. Italian boss. best pizza I had in Cambodia. friendly staff. 750m off the Otres beach on a fast road. very clean
