We loved our stay. This is a brilliant homestay with just one room with a separate gate , patio, and garden but at the same time attached to the main house. This way, you enjoy full privacy, and at the same time, Lassa and his wife are always a few steps away. The room is sparkling clean, the WiFi fast, the shower hot, the jungle view relaxing. The breakfast is abundant, varied, and yummy. We ended up having dinner at our patio cooked by the family, and I am still raving for their rice and curry. Dinner was also very reasonably priced. The location is excellent as it is tucked away from busy Ella but close to 9 Arches and Adam's Peak through a safe and picturesque jungle path. Oh, and there was a mini bar with drinks free of charge and a bottle of water with every meal. Can't recommend enough!

The most beautiful and free place I have ever been to in Sri Lanka. I have no words to describe it. The people were so friendly and helped us so wonderfully. We have liked everything. The room is new and clean, the beds are very confortable, wifi is working and the view from the balcony is beautiful, looking directly to the jungle, since is in high situated on the hill. The host is so kind and welcoming, but also so professional. She has helped us arranging a tuktuk for the two days of our stay at a honest price, and she helped us with the laundry. She has also proposed to clean my shoes as it was not possible at the local laundry !!! We have had the best Sri Lankan dinner of our stay, freshly home-made. We recommend it 100%.

The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. It’s quiet and a great place to calm down and relax. The room was very clean and we had no problems with Moskitos or other animals. The staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. They can organize a scooter for rent or a tuktuk (taxi) if needed. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Eagle View Villa.

This place is a gem! 😊 The views are stunning, and I wish we could stay longer. The room is comfortable, clean, and bright. We had the apartment on the top. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was very kind and friendly, always smiling and happy to help. We also had a chance to be part of morning chanting and meditation with the Monk, which was amazing. Breakfasts and dinners are also great. The location is perfect as you can get to ella along the train tracks in no time. Our best stay in Ella! Thank you very much 🙏❤️

The location was lovely, a bit outside the city, up in the mountains. The view was spectacular, where you could enjoy nice fresh breakfast made by the staff. Laka, our host was very nice and friendly and didn’t hesitate to drive us anywhere, he also made sure, that we got a car to our next destination. Big up Sri Lanka !

Exceptional service! Very kind host, who cooks very full and delicious breakfast and gives helpful tips. The facilities are clean, the location is great, the view is breathtaking, and there are scooter rental services+ nice restaurants around. The villa is surrounded by tea bushes that add to the atmosphere! Totally recommended!

Excellent stay at Holiday Homes Guest Inn - Ella. We felt very accommodated the whole time. We had a lovely breakfast every morning with some different form of pancakes every morning, peanut butter was also brought for us when asked :) Our towels were changed half way through and had a great little coffee station in our room. This stay was only 10min walk from the main street of Ella and very close to all the main attractions such as little Adams peak and Ellas rock. Our room and bed was lovely and clean, I would stay again.

Holiday homes guest inn was absolutely sublime, it was clean and well presented. I went there for some privacy as I was very sick and the hostess looked after me as if I were her own family, bringing me dry toast and refreshing drinks and medicine to my room. I felt so comfortable and felt much better the next day, and enjoyed breakfast from the restaurant which has an amazing view.

Holiday Homes was lovely! The room was nice and clean. Beautiful views from balcony. We enjoyed breakfast so much. Big portion and delicious! The best thing is the location. Everywhere is walkable. 30 minutes walk to Little Adam’s Peak and Nine Arches Bridge. The owner is friendly and so is her dog! We would definitely recommend this place!
