Whole staff was so friendly! They really made us feel welcome and helped us with all the questions we had. Couldn't hope for better hosts. We stayed the whole week and there was something different and tastefull for breakfast for all mornings. Hotel and rooms were modern and clean. There is a nice pool on top of building with good view over Kotor bay. While there, remember to try their Mojitos :) !

Kotor Nest is amazingly placed in old town right to the main gate, no matter which way you're coming from you'll always find yourself nearby. WiFi is also huge advantage of this place. Co-living space as a kitchen/dinning/day room are spacious and beautifully furnished. You will have coffee machine to use in hallway. Each guest have own shelf with utensils and in the refrigerator. Room we rented was spacious with huge bed and everything you'll need to relax or work (desk with chair). Bathroom was small but nicely furnished and in my opinion - as it supposed to be. Huge thanks for hairdryer as it take lot of space in luggage so it's nice that it was provided. Hosts are helpful, always smiling and charming.

Absolutely beautiful experience! Nice spacious apartment in an authentic stone house, very clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need including some basics for cooking like spices, also tea and coffee. I really appreciated the super comfy bed after walking all day, with a crisp silence I slept like a baby (which doesn’t happen often to me), and what a magical time I had stepping out of the apartment right to the small beach early in the morning when the sun was still rising and the sea was mirroring the surrounding mountains. I needed some peaceful time and this place was ideal for recharging. The location is away from the busier sites of Kotor yet still within a walkable distance from the old town and the bus station and the whole walk is right by the sea so it‘s pleasant anyway. Thank you, Milena and Pedja, for being such great hosts and sharing your space!

Absolutely phenomenal stay! This studio apartment in Skaljari, Kotor, exceeded all expectations. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, the space felt instantly welcoming and comfortable. The location is just perfect, only a short walk from Kotor Old Town, yet far enough to avoid the tourist crowds. One of the major highlights is how well-connected and accessible it is, especially during Kotor’s often intense traffic jams, you can get in and out with ease, which is a rare luxury in the area. There’s also convenient and easy parking, which made everything even more stress-free. A grocery store just five meters from the apartment was a huge plus for daily needs, and the overall quiet and peaceful vibe of the neighborhood made it feel like a real retreat. The host was so welcoming, and very responsive and helpful. All in all, a fantastic experience. I’d recommend this place without hesitation and would absolutely stay again!

Spent few days in Nest Ozana with a friend during our little trip in Montenegro. Kotor is great, one of the best impressions in whole Montenegro. Apartments on the 4'th floor (no elevator) are comfortable and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sofa can be used as second bed, kitchen has everything you might need (we even had coffee machine with Lavazza capsules 🤌). A couple of small mini markets in 1 minute walk, and Voli supermarket in 5 minutes walk through the North gate. Great accommodation to do some hiking in nearby mountains (trek to the Kotor Fortress - must see). Lots of activities available around the city, boating tours was nice, and you can also do little side trip to Perast from Kotor (by Blue Line bus from old town or by Herceg Novi bus from the bus station). From the windows you can see little church and in the morning around 7:30 you can wake up of bell ringing from the chapel. We were going to wake up early anyway, so it didn't bother us at all. Overall it was very nice place to stay

This apartment was perfect! It's quite specious and you feel very comfortable in it. While drinking coffee in the morning, you can see the bay and the cruise ship in it, through the large glass. Wi-Fi is so fast! Double bed is new and it's very comfortable. Old Town can be reached just on foot, without a car, it's only 1 kilometar away. You can park your your car in front of the apartment, see it and know this place is safe. In front of the apartment is large garden and shadow. Željka was a fantastic host, communication with her was easy and simple. She is always there for your requests. Whatever you need, she and his husband are at your disposal. The apartment was perfectly clean. All recommendations for this accommodation!

Beautiful apartment, so well designed, decorated, situated, every detail accounted for. What an amazing group running such well organized vacation villa. We came in on Saturday night after long border wait into Montenegro and our host was the best. She provided all required instructions, getting in was effortless, the night light was left for our comfort and complimentary Montenegro wine bottle. Private beach, private parking, in the middle of beautiful Dobrota. Thank you.

Vuk, the host, is the best. Mindful, caring, always there to assist. Bay of Kotor is special (in many ways: cruise ships, narrator roads, no parking spots), nevertheless this spot had a nice angle to it. Ask for the bikes and you'll avoid a lot of trouble. Room was small but had everything. Boat trip was beautiful. Pick up at the place. Breakfast at Villa Maria. Betty nice. Good food. Nice people. Big shout-out to to Vuk and his nice family.
