It was a very clean and nice apartment with good facilities. Dish washer, washing machine, heaters and plenty of towels. We didn't meet the hosts as it was a self check-in set-up with a code to enter. We would recommend this to anyone who wants a place to stay in Rotorua. Excellent.

The host is the most friendly and warm welcoming person you will ever meet. She helped us a lot in planning our trips. Gave us wonderful, excellent, and accurate information, which was essential for our planning. Thank you. The room is excellent, you will find everything you need. The breakfast is amazing. There are so many good things! Wish we could stay longer. Make yourself a favour and book a stay at this accommodation. We will be returning there if we ever come back to NZ.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly soft, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and engaging, making for some enjoyable conversations. The bathtub was spacious, and the room was warm and cozy. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel!
