We recently stayed at Mayar Residence, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The absolute highlight for me was the spotless cleanliness. It’s clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining a high standard of hygiene. The location is great, with easy access to the metro and Forum Istanbul Mall. They also have underground parking, and we never had any issues finding a spot. The apartment was well-equipped, also having washing machine iron, dishwasher, microwave etc. One thing to note is that we were asked to leave a 200-euro deposit in cash, but it was returned without any problem at the end of our stay. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. In my opinion, the best I have ever met. It feels like I was at home. Every day, tea and sweets were offered upon returning to the hotel. It was my birthday. I was greeted with a delicious cake. I am very pleased. I highly recommend this hotel.

We liked everything, the place was very clean and new , the rooms was very big and comfy, the staff were so friendly and specially Mr Orhan he helped us alot and greeted us nicely, we like how quiet the area and people were friendly, the Toilets were clean and new, has a big hall with dining table and kitchen with dishwasher and fridge and all appliances, washing machine.

We spent four nights here, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They even offered us complimentary drinks, which we truly appreciated. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location is very central, just a 15-minute walk from Istiklal Street. Overall, it’s an excellent value for money.

Galata Port also was near - 15-20 min walk. Also there is near park Maçka, with playground for childrens. Appartments was very cozy. In the kitchen there is all for comfortable residence. 2 toilet.
