Great location, walking distance to the local markets and main city center. The apartment was very clean and practical with all necessary amenities. The staff was wonderful. Right from the time we booked, Andrew was in touch to arrange airport pick up and provide all info. A special thanks to Andrew, Alex, and Tommy for their great service and kindness. They made sure all our needs were taken care of and are wonderful down to earth people. We had a great time. We highly recommend it.

This Homestay absolutely exceeded our expectations and that was because of the host. When we arrived he and his partner picked us and our bags up from the taxi he had arranged for us. He gave us a personal tour of the stay which was wonderful- great location right in the heart of Old Quarter, but also quiet for good sleep. He even got us welcome drinks while carrying our huge bags up the stairs!! He was always available for questions 24/7. He was always accommodating to our schedule especially on check out. Lastly, we left something in the room - he immediately messaged me and to our disbelief he SHIPPED IT all the way to Ninh Binh to our hotel to meet us on our next leg of the journey. Overall, we were blown away by the hosts hospitality, kindness, and overall value of everything you get staying here. We will be back soon!!

The host is probably the most welcoming person in my life. Communicating with him was very easy and he was always ready to help. Price is very low, and you get everything you need (at least I had everything I need). Very good location: Hanoi Train Street is in 5 minutes walk from the place. Also, I told a host that I'm digital nomad (a kind of), and while I was not asking for anything, I was almost immediately provided with a convenient table.
