Situé à Keutschach am See, l’établissement Villa-Stern propose une piscine extérieure ouverte en saison et un jardin, ainsi que des hébergements avec une terrasse ou un balcon, une connexion Wi-Fi... We chose this beautiful place for our stay during Ironman Klagenfurt. We wanted somewhere relaxing but not too far from the race venue and this was perfect. I cannot describe how beautiful the scenery is and our suite at villa stern had a beautiful balcony and private terrace area to enjoy nature at its best. The whole of villa stern looks newly refurbished with a mix of modern and traditional furniture, The bathroom is a good size with lovely walk in shower, the water pressure was great and never short of hot water.. we had a separate lounge area to the bedroom. Both the lounge and bedroom opened out onto the balcony all with direct views to the pool and amazing forests. It is absolutely peaceful. Every morning breakfast is served from 8-10am, but on race day they prepared it for us for 4 am. The hosts are a couple and they are fantastic. They are so accommodating and will do anything to help make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was everything from hot cooked breakfast, to cheese and cold cuts, to cereals, yoghurts, fruits, croissants and regional delicacies, as well as a great coffee machine and a mix of teas and fruit juices. I cannot fault the cleanliness it was immaculate and they change the linens whenever you wanted and organised the room cleaning when you wanted too. The hosts also provide trips to venice which is just 2.5 hours away or if you go in winter they can take you just 30 mins down the road to a ski resort. The Villa Stern also has some bikes if you want to take them out for a ride. There is a cycle track just a couple of hundred metres down the road so it's really convenient. Viktring is just 10km down the road and there you can find shops and restaurants, but you will soon come to know that the villages surrounding lake klagenfurt are full of places to visit and dine. We had a fantastic time and are coming back next year for sure.

The apartment is spacious enough for 2-3 people (or a couple+2). It has a comfortable bed and a great big sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped and even has big enough coffee mugs :) The Nespresso machine was a plus and of course the washer+dryer!!! It also proves you with a dyson vacuum, which for me was a huge plus. The host is amazing, so friendly and attentive. Answered our questions, helped to improve wi-fi speed and provided a complimentary water and wine bottle. The surrounding area is great for bike rides and walks, but to get around further you'll need a car.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The place is very comfortable, clean, kitchen well equipped. We arrived very late at night but the owner was waiting for us, helped with suitcases and explained everything. He was also ok with us staying a little bit longer on the day of departure as our train was later than the check-out. The location of the apartment is also very good and the shops are very close. We had a really nice, lovely stay in Klagenfurt, and if we ever come back, we would like to use the same place.

Everything was great, very comfortable and clean apartment, very helpful and friendly host. Highly recommend!

L appartement est magnifique avec une immense terrasse,très beaux matériaux utilisés pour la construction. Le parking est juste en dessous de l appartement très pratique. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse de l hôte qui nous a accueilli.
