Die Unterkunft Rangiriri Vacay Unit 1 verfügt über klimatisierte Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Balkon und ist in Amuri gelegen. Wir wurden von Kura mit einer Blumenkette am Flughafen bereits sehr freundlich empfangen und in die Unterkunft gebracht. Dabei hat sie uns noch eine kleine Führung über die Insel gegeben, mit Essensempfehlungen, Aktivitäten und Wissenswertes über die Insel. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr geräumig, man hat viel Platz und es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Gerade die Veranda lädt zum abendlichen entspannen ein. Es ist alles sehr sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kura war auch immer direkt zur Stelle, falls wir Fragen hatten. Sie hat uns am Ende auch wieder zum Flughafen gebracht, das rundet den Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Great, comfortable and quiet place to stay in Aitutaki. We literally had the beach for ourselves. The bungalow has everything you could ask for. We felled great from the first minute after our arrival. There are a few nice restaurants around where one can enjoy a good breakfast and dinner with an amazing view of the lagoon. The property provides bicycles, which can be used to explore the island. A very big 'Thank You' to Mere for being such a fantastic, friendly and welcoming host. We were rather sad to leave ... I guess that is a good sign. I hope we will be back sometime soon.

The host provided airport transfers and even took them to the supermarket. During their stay, perhaps due to the intense heat, my mother felt unwell. The host not only provided emergency medication but also drove them to the hospital, reminded my mother to drink plenty of water, and even gave them two coconuts. Every day was filled with the host's heartfelt care. We are extremely grateful.

The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. The combination of the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and personal touches made our stay truly special. Very relaxed ambiance with so few guests - we were often the only people on the beach. Lagoon is shallow but OK for swimming with plentiful fish. Provision of bicycles, e-scooters and 2 electric golf carts make it easy to get around this small island.

The host was friendly and knowledgeable. The villa was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. The air conditioning worked well. View of the lagoon and the surf breaking over the reef was spectacular. Mark, our host, lent us his car (competative price) and also took us out to One Foot Island in his skiff. A much better choice than a larger boat with many tourists. On the premises is a great little restaurant and food store. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. The menu was versatile with vegan options. The mango smoothies were great to quench our thirst during the hot summer days on Aitutaki. Overall--a great place to stay if you like to avoid the resort crowd and actually meet the locals.
