The bed was huge and comfortable. Room had all of the facilities I needed. Hotel is located right in the center of ancient town so it was very easy to find something interesting to do. I am really grateful to hotel manager Ding Ling who made this trip unforgettable. She organized my hike and tour to mountains and made it easy for me as a foreigner to navigate and gave the best experience. She even packed snacks for me to eat during the tour. This stay was perfect just because of her care. If you are foreigner coming to Lijiang, this is the best hotel to stay at. Definitely coming back.

The breakfast cooked by the owner was delicious and he even packed us some food when we had to catch an early train.

Very nice, small boutique hotel in a good location in walking distance to tourist sights. Nice hosts who are very present, friendly, and welcoming. Nice, bright room with high ceiling and large window. Everything clean and in good condition. Nice courtyard and shared balcony. We had a very comfortable stay.

It’s just a 15-minute walk from Tina’s Guesthouse (where the bus stop is), making it convenient yet tranquil. The guesthouse is run by the wonderful 小旅 (Xiao Li), who made our stay truly memorable. He not only managed the entire guesthouse but also picked us up from Tina’s, checked us in, handled the housekeeping, and even cooked for us yummy pancakes 🥞 ! He also kindly drove us to the trailhead for our hike down to the river the next day. Our room, which was in the corner of the building, offered a stunning 90-degree view of the mountain across the street—breathtaking! The place was quiet, clean, and affordable, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend Zhuoma Inn for anyone visiting Tiger Leaping Gorge. Note: no lift. All walk ups

Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also welcomes guests with a traditional restaurant and a sun terrace. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. I have been in a lot of places and this was one of the best. An old traditional Tibetan style building with large clean rooms that have character and comfortable beds. A great location also, quite but very close to the central square. Rose and her husband are really great hosts and speak good English. The place feels like home very soon, with very good breakfast and a warm stove. Rose helped me organizing a trip to Feilasi and Mingyong, hotels, transport from Feilasi to Mingyong and back and send a pin to the exact location. She even changed the schedule from a distance when needed. And information about things to do, how to get there and places to eat. Awesome service, you could not find better in Shangri-la.

Jun Bo Xuan Boutique is a charming guesthouse located in the centre of Lijiang Old Town, only a 5-minute walk from Sifang Street. It boasts traditional Naxi style architecture and well-decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel. We felt welcome like visiting family members or close friends rather than simply hotel guests. The owner and staff are very hospitable, and also knowledgable about local attractions, giving us good guidance one. places to eat and visit. The hotel is redesigned from a traditional home with exquisite taste, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is a very quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town after a day of exploration. Lastly, it is very near to one of the entrances, about 200 meters to walk in since the Old Town roads are inaccessible to vehicles. The owner sent their staff to help us with luggage when we arrived at and departed from the hotel. I would choose to stay in this exceptional hotel again if we visit Lijiang again.
