We had a wonderful 4-night stay at AMA Apartment. The owners are incredibly thoughtful, our pick-up arrived on time and they met us at the car, we didn't even have to wait one minute! They took the time to show us everything when we arrived. There was a welcome package with water, coffee, biscuits and all the little necessities we needed, and the apartment had the essentials plus those you usually never find, sharpened knives, and even a thermometer. Every detail is so well considered. The apartment is very spacious, with a private balcony and access to a large rooftop terrace with an amazing view. The location is great too, with everything you need in town and the main beach all within 10-minutes walk away. The owners were especially kind when we missed our flight due to my own date mix-up they noticed before I did and made sure we were looked after until the next day. That level of care is rare. A perfect stay. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly and nice. The place is decorated with really good taste. The place feels welcoming and cozy. Probably the best accommodation we stayed at during our trip in Cabo Verde.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. We have really enjoyed our stay at Isolinda’s apartment. From start to finish we felt like at home. Isolinda has come to pick us at the airport and dropped at off after the stay. The house is located in very quiet neighbourhood and ideal for someone who wants to disconnect and be in the nature. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for cooking. There are 2 terraces to enjoy. The local Ponta Preta beach is very nice and you will be pretty much the only people enjoying it. At the main beach in town you can buy fresh fish daily and then enjoy cooking it or making a barbecue at home. The best part is the host Isolinda who always went out of her way to answer any questions and to give us recommendations. She always answered very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Maio is a small island and you can visit most of the main points in one day either by hiring a car or doing a tour. It feels like going back in time where the pace of life is much slower. Everything is relaxed and no stress :) People are very nice and friendly, greet you on the street and smile. Overall we would highly recommend Isolinda’s apartment and we undoutebly will be back once traveling back in Maio. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We were a group of 4 and it was even more incredible than we all imagined. Thank you Daniel for taking care of our transport from the port as well. Highly recommended and will not even think twice to go back and stay as much as possible.
