Victor and his family were so kind and welcoming. I arrived to a lovely fire and within a few minutes of arriving had a meal ready for me. Breakfast was a huge meal and prices for the lunch is really good. It was such a nice place with beautiful view, so quiet and peaceful and right next to the start of the quilotoa loop trek.

Situé à Chugchilán, l’établissement Hostal Doña Clarita Inn possède une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un parking privé gratuit. The incredibly warm welcome of smiles and beautiful hospitality, along with a happy dog and cat, it felt like we were stepping into a home. It was the best and calmest place with A variety of teas, boiling water, drinking water, coffee, homemade cookies and banana bread upon arrival with the fire lit for us to get all cosy after our walk along the trail. Super friendly vibes, community dinner was exceptional and the vegan option was the best I’ve had in Ecuador. The views over the valley are beautiful and clear sky’s meant for tea under the stars in the evening :)

Offrant une vue sur la montagne, l’établissement Hostal el Vaquero se situe à Chugchilán. Il propose un restaurant, un salon commun, un bar, un jardin, une terrasse et une aire de jeux pour enfants. L'accueil super chaleureux des hôtes qui font tout leur possible pour que vous passiez un bon moment avec un rapport qualité/prix imbattable ! Il y a de nombreux grands espaces très conviviaux, un petit poêle à bois au centre d'un salon pour passer un bon moment. De l'eau chaude, thé, tisanes, café sont à la disposition des clients. Les repas ( dîner et petit-déjeuner) sont excellents et copieux, comme les petits sandwichs que vous pouvez acheter pour votre pique-nique du midi. Les chambres sont très grandes, à l'image de tous les nombreux espaces de la maison. La salle de bain est très bien aussi. Tout est très propre, très calme et accueillant. On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour, nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps... Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel incroyable !

We were watching the stars and shooting stars from the very comfortable bed. Although it was cold outside, the blankets and heater keep you warm. The jacuzzi was nice as well.

The owner was very welcoming and nice with every detail or need. Our overall experience was very good and the place we clean. Even towels were new. The breakfast was amazing! totally surpased my expectations.

One of the best hostels I have been to in South America. It's a nice building with a friendly and cosy vibe. Mafe and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful with everyone There's a big communal area with a big kitchen where people can cook and easily socialize. There's also a rooftop where you can see Volcano Cotopaxi and chill. Showers and toilets have everything one needs Location is very good, with everything you need nearby To whomever is traveling solo, with friends or couples, this is a place I deri suggest to stay at. My 10 beds dorm was nice and quite. The only thing that could be improved is the beddings and blankets. A duvet would do a better job. 10/10 hostel :)
