The pool was big, very clean and never crowded, sometimes with just 3-4 people using it only. Security was very friendly and always happy to help. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. I felt safe, relaxed, and completely looked after. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

When I arrived at the apartment, the owner welcomed me with some fruit and even gave me a free ride to show me around the area and introduce some local restaurants and market. He was so friendly and warm!!! During my stay, I contacted him several times through WhatsApp, and he always replied quickly. He also helped me by calling a restaurant to order delivery food for me. The place was clean, comfortable, and of good quality. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again.

I arrived with some issue since my driver whom took me to Marsa Alam from Luxor was trying to charge me more than agreed. Ibrahim helped me out of the situation with ease. I really appreciated his kindness and hospitality! Breakfast was great, there are some snacks or drinks available to purchase in the kitchen if you feel lazy to walk to the supermarkets. Which is very thoughtful!
