The room was located on the first floor of a private wooden house that a family with two grown-up children lived in. The landlords were exceptionally friendly, open and hospitable. We felt like visiting some old friends. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, including boiled eggs, freshly baked croissants, homemade yoghurt and jams. Since there were two huskies in the house, it was much fun for our daughter to play with them both inside and outside. In case we will travel again to the Alsace region, we will try to come back for a stay.

Everything you could need is very well catered for in this clean, modern apartment. Superb spot in the centre of everything - a little noisy late at night with people returning from an evening out - but you are always going to get that with a central location. You're on the doorstep of all the quaint shops, restaurants etc.. a 10 minute walk to petite venise, a handy supermarket around the corner that stocks most of what you could need for self catering. About a 15-20 minute stroll from the train station if you're using public transport. We only stayed here for 2 nights but would seriously consider staying for a week next time.

We absolutely loved the house—it was a charming place with everything we needed inside. The location was also great. We parked our car without any issues and were able to explore the entire historical area on foot. We are truly grateful for your warm hospitality and for preparing everything in advance for us. Wow! Where to start... The couple who run this place treat their guests like valued friends. Even the 2 dogs are welcoming. The room in this newly renovated barn was warm and cosy with a private bathroom and everything a guest could need. Breakfast was amazing! Home-made jams and preserves, eggs done how each guest likes them and sourced from the farm chickens, a tempting array of meats and cheeses and the most delicious coffee and tea options. There was also great parking for our tandem bicycle under cover. Everything was better than good!
