We have got a 35 m apartment but there was an AC issue and it was very hot but the staff have offered a bigger apartment on another floor as an excuse and a bottle of wine. It was a very nice gesture.

Porte Maillot Metro Station is 20 metres away and leads directly to La Défense business district and the Champs-Elysées Avenue. Location is excellent, metro station of line 1 is 2 minutes from the building. Arc de Triomphe is approximately 1km from the accomodation, for those who prefer to walk. There is also a congress center just 500m away, with some cafes and shops. In front of the building there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Apartment itself is big and well equiped and the manager is very responsive, so we easily agreed on everything that we needed! Recommended if you want a comfortable apartment with easy access to transportation and city attractions.

The location was perfect - very close to the Lourve. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There were some great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was very quiet - despite being in the centre of Paris. We would definitely book this apartment again.
