It offers luxurious rooms with views over the Royal Crescent or the well-tended gardens as well as free parking (one space per room). Room was very cozy and all the bathroom facilities worked really well. Beautiful art and decor - The breakfast was excellent and the staff was really friendly and great - I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. I loved the idea that you had bath salts, tea and coffee available anytime in the lounge area. And also bottles of wine on an honour system for payment. Loved our stay.
