The location is perfect – just a minute from the lake and surrounded by the sweetest little shops in magical Keswick. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was simply fantastic – a high-quality menu with delicious options made to order, plus drinks and homemade granola. Truly one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel! Our room was gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated, and every day we were treated to fresh homemade cookies waiting for us – such a lovely touch. There’s also private parking which is very convenient. We honestly enjoyed every single moment and didn’t want to leave. We travel a lot, and this is by far our favorite hotel. We will definitely be back!

Best night sleep I’ve had in a very long time.

Loved everything about this hôtel!! We stayed in the shepherds hut which had incredible views and a fantastic bathtub. We loved the outdoor fire pit, and the breakfast was delicious. They make little cakes during the day so you can have a sweet treat and the staff is lovely.

Everything great.

The Westbourne is a beautiful guest house set in the peaceful area below Biskey Howe in the Lake District. Bedrooms feature walk-in-shower rooms, luxurious toiletries and large fluffy towels.

High ceilings in this traditional stone-built house give rooms a light, spacious feel. Beds are adorned in Egyptian cotton linen and there are also TVs and free Wi-Fi in rooms. We stayed in the cottage on the property and it was fabulous very modern and cosy.It was spotlessly clean,bathroom had spa bath and walk in shower and a lovely lounge area upstairs.Great location and plenty of parking space available.Hosts were very friendly and accomadating. I would highly recommend to stay here.

With beautiful views of the Northern Fells, Ravenstone Lodge is 5 miles from Keswick, at the foot of Ullock Pike so you can relax in the conservatory or on the terrace and enjoy some of the best Lake District scenery. It’s far away from the hustle and bustle of Keswick. The room is comfortable and clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Lots of choices for breakfast and the food is great. Tasty dinner with a reasonable price. A short walk from the B&B, through the fields can easily reach the Bassenthwaite Lake. Sitting at the patio at dusk, a glass of beer accompanies us to drive away the fatigue of the whole day. Staying here for three nights completed our visit to the Lake District.

Original Victorian period features adorn the property, which also offers a cosy lounge. This is a lovely place to spend 1 or several nights. House is immaculately kept and owners are on site and very accommodating. We very much appreciated the effort they put in to a positive guest experience.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. The room is full of character, aesthetically pleasing and very thoughtfully arranged. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We would definitely visit again.

A 5 minute drive into Allonby and Jack's surf bar serving great food. There is an outdoor kid's play area and a bar on site. The caravan is very well equipped and has a few kid's games and lots of dvd's.
