Yes you need to read the description because the bedroom ans one of the balconies is upstairs but it was not a problem for us.

Just 70 metres from Delavogias Beach in Batsi, Blue Bay Hotel features a pool with a hot tub, a sea-view sun terrace and a poolside snack bar. It offers a restaurant, free Wi-Fi in all areas and air-conditioned units with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Room was clean, great bed, fantastic view. Staf was friendly and allways willing to assist us.
