All comfortable and renovated studios have en-suite bathroom with toiletries, and balcony or access to the courtyard, some with sea views. Very well situated at the end of the Caldera so there is quiet but so close to the busy centre of Fira so it's easy to get to all the restaurants and views. Room was great and I had a view of the sunrise from the balcony!

But the best thing about it was the lovely receptions Ioanna who always had a smile on her face, warm lovely caring nature & greeted you with respect & made you feel like home. She also made time to have a chat with us, nothing was a problem for her always to help & offer recommendations to all the site’s & restaurants. She even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to our room . We loved our stay at Gianna Suites I would definitely recommend the hotel & I will definitely be staying here again !
