The place definitely exceeded our expectations in absolutely all respects! LOCATION - perfect - a few steps from the ferry, bus stop, taxis. Close to the promenade and all shops and restaurants. VIEW- great, a step from the beach across the street. The beach in front is shallow, sandy and with crystal clear water. There are umbrellas against consumption. ACCOMODATION - I don't know where to start, 10 out of 10 💙 The owners and staff are great, incredibly kind and attentive and responsive to every whim 😍 Communication - perfect. ROOM - tiny, but absolutely sufficient for a couple, organized and arranged excellently and with a lot of taste and flair. You feel right at home. The bed is big and comfortable. BATHROOM - is small, but comfortable, and with everything you need, incl. toiletries and towels. Cleanliness - I have rarely come across such a clean, but very clean place, including the common areas are sparkling and you can even walk barefoot (tested, as I did my morning workouts on the common terrace 😍 The balcony is small, but it's ok for two, especially with this view! The clothes dryers are very wisely placed on the common terrace with the room number, clever ;💙 I'm probably missing something, but whatever else you can think of - it will be 10. They even put up blinds outside during the day so it doesn't get too hot, truly unique hosts !!! I will definitely recommend the place and I hope we come again! Thank you!!! Tolle Lage am oberen Ortsende mit Pamoramablick über den Ort und den Hafen samt Sonnenaufgang. Sehr saubere, helle Ferienwohnung mit umfassender Einrichtung. Kurzer Weg, allerdings steil, ins Zentrum des Hauptortes und zur Hafenpromenade. Bäcker und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Eigener Parkplatz am Grundstück.

Die in Skopelos gelegene Unterkunft Fasolaki Skopelos - Eco Residences ist 800 m von Strand Skopelos-Stadt und 600 m von Folklore Museum Skopelos entfernt. Evi was a great host really helpfull even allowed us earlier check in and offered to help us with the car rental. The accomodation was great very clean,new,modern ( oven was unused before us) everything else was great. The outside seating was nice just a thing to note if u are in the apartment(phos)( as we were (for up to 4 people) the outside area was right on the entrance road to the property which meant when you are outside there is quite noticeable sound of the road which is like 50 meters ( I didn't mind it but my mother is a bit more sensitive so...). Also the shampoo and shower where very good.

This is located right next to the port, which was very good as we needed to catch a ferry the next morning. The man who checked us in was extremely attentive to our needs and very friendly. We really appreciated his help. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There were a couple of restaurants on the street next door, and one little supermarket. One interesting challenge is that an Orthodox Church is right next door and the bells started going off from 7:00 to 9:30 as they did a liturgy. It was a bit challenging to sleep in during that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we received a lot of good advice on food, attractions and activities around the island. The hosts were very communicative and made us feel like home. We enjoyed this location very much as it also had a common space dedicated to groups in the yard behind the house where we could sit and play board games. Room cleaning was done daily and A/C was very efficient.

Probably the best possible viewpoint one could ask for. An amazing spot located right above the beach with a fantastic restaurant right below. The room was new and well kept and came with all the appliances one could need for a little home cooking. The bed was super comfortable as well!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful accommodation in Skopelos! The place was spotless, daily cleaned and had everything we needed. The views were stunning, especially from the balcony, perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The location was quiet but still close to the town and beaches. Our hosts Dimitris and Irene were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was not include, so no comment. The location was super! Just a 5 min walk from the sea, along a flat dirt path under the trees. Perfectly quite, in a lovely garden with trees and flowers. No passing-by traffic, no noise at night, pleasantly cool, we did not even use the aircondition available. The Panormos beach is quite advantageous, you can swim in crystal-clear waters even when north winds blow, as it is protected by the hills around it. Plenty of excellent choices for food and drinks there, too, you don't really have to drive in order to get to a nice restaurant. All-in-all, Skopelos-Panormos-Spiros Rooms is a perfect coice for vacation. We stayed for 2 full weeks and regretted having to go ...

Die Unterkunft ANTONIOS Skopelos studios apartments, die 200 m von Strand Skopelos-Stadt entfernt gelegen ist, bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, einer Terrasse und einem... Die Lage war ausgezeichnet in einem ruhigen Bereich und doch nahe am Geschehen. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und alles sehr sauber gehalten. Außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ich hatte ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Terrasse, mehr konnte ich mir nicht wünschen. Ich habe mich außerordentlich wohl gefühlt.
