The title of this property is no lie - and I don’t even think the photos do it justice. The view is absolutely incredible and a real pinch me moment every time you look outside. The hosts were so helpful with pointing out recommendations for day trips, restaurants and general tips for getting about. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable with all the amenities you need. Alfonso was lovely also, he kept the gardens immaculate and was always there with a smile on his face. Couldn’t recommend this place enough - it’s super easy to get to, a short water taxi from Panajachel and then a 1 minute tuk tuk up the hill. The only issue is that we didn’t book for longer!

I really enjoyed my time at Casa Guillermo Batz. Located in a more quiet part of San Pedro both restaurants and shop was close by. The host Melissa was fantastic making breakfast each morning at 8 AM and could answer any question you might have whether things to do in San Pedro or how to get to the other small towns around the lake. I stayed in the dorm, which was a large room with two bunk beds sharing the bathroom with some of the private rooms. Everything was clean. Thank you Melissa for providing such a wonderful stay in San Pedro.

Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful and the house was very comfortable. Excellent view of the lake, we loved the outside kitchen.

Nice place, friendly and welcoming host. We had a great room with a nice view over the lake. Big and comfortable beds, and the room was perfectly clean when we arrived. We enjoyed and felt at home at here.

Was so homey and such a nice atmosphere. Exquisite interior with cute fireplaces and beautiful location close by the lake. A must if visiting Lake Atitlan.
