First of all, I want to send a huge thanks to our host who did everything in their power to help us during our stay. Since Korčula Old Town has limited parking options, they organized everything for us and even helped with our luggage. The apartment is flawless — so clean and cozy. The location is 100% recommended by me: right in the buzzing center of the Old Town, surrounded by restaurants, and even a small local beach just below (which is rare in this part of Korčula, as it’s not really known for swimming due to the nearby ports). If you’re visiting Korčula, this accommodation is definitely a smart choice!

Die in Korčula gelegene Unterkunft Adriatic Pearl Korcula ist 500 m von Strand Banje und 200 m von Korčula Bus Station entfernt. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was stunning, and we appreciated the parasol provided. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the old town, beaches and shops. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Recently renovated property that was modern yet honoured the old charm. Our room was incredibly comfortable. Dean the host was the best!!! So warm and helpful, made sure we had everything and also shared the fun facts of the hotel and town. I had requested a vegan breakfast, and he went out of his way to discuss preferences and prepared a beautiful tray each morning.

Very good place, as modern and clean as it looks like in the pictures! Our studio apartman was lovely decorated, and with the light yellow and blue colors made us happy feeling even in winter. We had to heat with the aircon, that is also modern so it had very quiet voice during operation. All furnitures were comfortable, also the bed! Full sets of plates, glasses and wine glasses all were in good condition. Warm welcoming, helpful and really caring owner lady, she brought us sweets and cakes many times. We highly recommend it, a very good choice also in winter season!

The view is truly spectacular; the sea, boats, local harbour, distant mountains and coastline of other islands. So beautiful. The apartment itself was fabulous - very spacious, extremely clean. Modern fridge, cooker, showers, etc. The staff left a small basket with snacks and tea, etc. Lots of storage. There was lots of space to lounge- huge terrace, sitting area, large dining space. The terrace is in the shade but we visited in August, so that was welcome! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely vibe in the local area, which is really just a small strip of houses/tiny jetties by the beautiful sea. It is relaxed and quiet. The local old town of Korcula is authentic and beautiful. Swimming was a highlight- there is no noticeable tide, no currents, and the water is perfectly clear and calm with lots of fish. Not really negative things, but just to address some points that arose from other reviews: - The pool is small and often in the shade, but we didn't mind. We usually only spent a half hour or so there at the end of our day on the beach. If you are the type of people who like to lounge by a pool all day, you might be disappointed. - The tennis court was nice and well kept, we would have played more often but there was a hourly charge. Basketball, football and table tennis had no charge. - It would be tricky to get groceries without a car- you might manage with one trip by taxi for 5-7 days. There is a golf buggy service into the old town in Korcula, but we did not need to use it. - Restaurants in Korcula old town are pricey, but very high standard, and again, beautiful views. - Others have mentioned that it is a building site. When we arrived, we noticed that an identical building was mid construction next door, but honestly we never heard any noise, could not see that building from our terrace (it did not impact our view in any way) and apart from noticing it on going past, it did not impact on our stay at all.
