The staff and family at the Guesthouse were so welcoming and friendly. They make it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the room was simple, clean and has everything you need. There's a restaurant across the road where I had a delicious outdoor dinner amongst other tourists and the Guesthouse is very close to the jetty and harbour for those indulging in the 17 Islands boat trips.

That was our best accomodation in Moni (and we stayed in 3 different ones). The family is very welcoming and helpful, they helped us with the motorbike renting when it didn't work anywhere else in the village. The room was perfect, very clean and spacious. We recommend it 100%!

A beautiful Homestay nestled within the city limits. Upon my arrival, I discovered a teaching class in progress for some children, as the school was closed that day. This was a commendable initiative by Lina. I was warmly greeted by Alin, Febri, and the entire staff. They made me feel right at home. The common area, which also serves as the dining area and features an outdoor seating arrangement, is the best part. The room was small but very cozy at the same time. Very minimalist and beautiful. The washrooms are located outside separately and are impeccably clean. Plus - they have hot shower available all the time. They serve simple and delectable breakfasts in the mornings. I particularly enjoyed the mini pancakes; their taste was simply great. The ambiance of the place is incredibly inviting and homely. I was so impressed that I wanted to extend my stay for another night, but unfortunately, time constraints prevented me from doing so. Ruteng, a small town, was the perfect place for a walking tour. Febri, a kind-hearted guide, explained everything so well. They also arrange trips around and outside the city. Do inform them beforehand regarding your plans.

Our family of four had a very comfortable stay here. I think the beds are listed as double size, but they are both king size beds. We had the two bedroom two bathroom unit reserved. It’s very comfortable and very spacious for a family for. It also has its own swimming pool. The management group is very professional and they made us a wonderful breakfast.

We only stayed one night and unfortunately it was raining, however the property was lovely, we booked massages, and the room was warm and comfortable. The staff at Ara Garden Inn deserve special mention, they were so so kind and helpful throughout our stay!

I stayed here twice on a motorbike trip from Labuan Bajo to Kelimutu and back again. The dorms and faculties are amazing. There are a hot showers too, but on a different floor to the dorms so just ask where they are. Breakfast and dinner is super tasty. When I arrived I was soaked through by being in the rain all day. The staff were super attentive and helped me with all my wet belongings (pretty much all my clothing I had with me) and when I woke up in the morning they had taken the initiative to hang them up in a nice sunny spot to dry off. Wonderful Welcome from friendly helpful staff. Great view from the top deck interesting style rooms with good aircon and very comfortable beds. Great shower with hot water.They cooked up an excellent dinner and watered me with local sugarcane brew which needs to be tried..good breakfast. No hesitation in recommending this accomodation.
