The owner Lorna is on site and gave us a very warm welcome when we arrive and take the extra steps to come out and greet us when we come back at night. The place are very well organized and arranged. You can see from all of the details for example flowers inside the room that Lorna is very passionate and attentively with this jobs. Plus you get the whole floor by yourself and it is very comfortable and relaxing inside the room. We really enjoyed the stay here and it is probably the most comfortable places we stay at so far.

A nice and affordable golf course nearby and and a beautiful lake for boating and fishing just down the street. Also a boxing club and football club in town. The town of Oughterard had a few nice Pub's and a grocery that was well stocked. Our host Christian was great and his new puppy Emily couldn't be more adorable
