Great size of house, spacious kitchen diner and bedrooms. Bonus was each bedroom had ensuite showers. Very clean overall, crisp white bed linen. Towels and were also provided. The view was beautiful from the main room, looking out over the river. Owner kept in contact before arrival, which was a great personalised touch.

We had the most fun and amazing stay at Matty's Pub Apartments and would totally recommend staying there. You would never meet a more friendlier bunch of local folk or a more welcoming and laid back host. It was made quite clear from the start that meals were not part of the package but were available if required close by.Matty certainly made our time in Royaloak very special.

Very cosy and friendly place to stay, cleanliness very good, and we were utter welcome! We got very good tips on the surroundings, where to visit, how to park, castles, caves, abbeys, cosy places to visit and stay, interesting sites, all kinds of stuff. Surely recommendable!
