The location is up on a hill so you have a gorgeous morning, afternoon and evening view of Ponza. It is super close to the town so you can walk easily. But the most important part was the service from Achille and his wife. He brought us to wonderful lidos, restaurants, and boat rental locations. He gave a real local's insider view on Ponza and we fell in love. Can't wait to go back and will certainly recommend this to our friends in both the US and Europe! :)

Marco was amazing and was on property to meet/greet us and communicate everything we needed. We used Google translate to communicate from English to Italian. The room was clean and in the center of town. It was a hike up to the studio apartment so must be physically capable of climbing. The room had everything we needed and a nice size refrigerator. He even had it stocked with water. The beds were very clean but were not very soft. No real complaints though. It was exactly what we needed for the night. We adored our stay at Alfredo's Casavictoria, and our only regret is not having stayed longer. The apartment we rented was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage, air conditioning, and lots of hot water — honestly, it couldn’t have been better. We were absolutely charmed by the private terrace offering breathtaking views of Ponza’s legendary sunsets, as well as the shared terrace with its refreshing plunge pool and relaxing lounge chairs. Casavictoria is a very safe, secure, clean, and quiet spot in Ponza. There are a few nice pizzerias and restaurants nearby, two grocery stores, a bar with delicious coffee, and it’s close to the bus stop and the natural pools. Alfredo and his team are truly dedicated to creating a place where guests feel at home. We especially appreciated his attention and thoughtful recommendations for local tours and boat excursions. We had a wonderful week filled with sunsets and aperitivi, sunbathing on Casavictoria's terraces and enjoying the beauty of the nearby surroundings.
