The location is perfect, just opposite the train station Bari Centrale and on the street that leads straight to the city center and Old town ( 20 minutes walk to Old Town). The breakfast is perfect, served in the room at the requested time. We had very nice weather so we had our breakfast under the sun on the nice terrace. The beds are comfortable, all very clean and modern.

The location is perfect, it's a very quiet street but still only a 5-minute walk to the main sights. The room has everything you need, it was clean and comfortable. The check-in is very flexible and the owners are very responsive and helpful. There's also a garden and a rooftop terrace. Great value for money, definitely recommend.

Everything. Well equipped kitchen, and even spontaneously postponed our leaving hour since we asked.

Demi house isn't a b+b it's a boutique hotel of the highest standard. Dominique the owner has paid particular attention to every detail. Its beautiful and the breakfast is amazing, excellent Italian cuisine. Look no further when in Lecce, stay here and you won't be disappointed.
