He gave us tips on places to eat and both places we went to were excellent. The breakfast is plentiful and sitting out in the garden with fantastic views each morning only added to this fantastic trip the staff at breakfast are extremely friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. , it is situated in the centre of everything so nothing is too far away, I recommend the Duomo to visit it's stunning. We will definitely return.

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. It offers an outdoor salted-water pool, and room and apartment accommodation of various sizes with free WiFi. It was very beautiful and luxurious place to stay. If we would have known before that the place was so nice we would have stayed longer. Really spacious, clean, nice apartment (Olivi 1). Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really special. Adorable views from bedroom window. Spacious green area in a garden to relax and even a possibility to wander around. We were surprised and happy te be there. High recommendations. PS. Hotel has an amazing collection of hand made walking sticks. You have to see that!

This farm stay has a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking. The farm stay features family rooms. This is an excellent guest house. The owners are wonderful. The room is wonderful. And the wine tasting is perfect. I hate Chianti. I love Chianti Classico. You can figure that out when you get there. The drive to the hotel is a bit of fun if you like hill driving and the village is unreal. You cannot miss in San Sano. We will be back with friends. You should, too.

CastelBigozzi is surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, 12 km from San Gimignano. It offers an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, and rustic, air-conditioned rooms. You can book free guided excursions on the Via Francigena path. It was exactly what was promised. An old building in the heart of Tuscany int the middle of an olive orchard. Unfortunately we only spent a night there and wished we could have stayed longer. The restaurant was also very nice with a nice view of the sunset over the hills. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and beautiful. Overall, we would come back at anytime in a heartbeat

Featuring a garden and views of city, Casa Vacanze la Pineta is a recently renovated apartment set in Montalcino, 42 km from Mount Amiata. With quiet street views, this accommodation features a balcony. The apartment offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This room/apartmwnt was immaculately set up. The furnishings were extremy stylish with a throwback look with cetain appliances. See my attached photos. I felt real guilty having such a nice place all by myself. I would highly recommend anyone staying here. The Host was really considerate and the house temperature was set according to my areival time, which was great because it was cold and damp outside. Whoever put this place together and set it up with all the appliances including a matching tea kettle that matched the refrigerator was a nice touch. This was place should be presented in a magazine. Hospitality was off the charts great!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
