This was an excellent stay for us and I wish we could stay longer. The beds and room was comfortable the ac worked well, the kitchen was fully stocked and there was a washing machine and drying rack. In addition there was tea and coffee. The location was perfect to walk anywhere. The owners were friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. This is a full mini apartment! The kitchen area was fully stocked and there was all the necessary amenities including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels, etc.

The rooms at the Pilgrim's Guest House are simply decorated and have a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Each has a wardrobe, and some of the rooms have air-conditioning. Located right in the heart of the city, the receptionist was absolutely lovely and the rooms where wide and clean. They even let us choose the best one for us from two. Absolutely recommend!

They are incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were always available — whether through WhatsApp or in person. They even welcomed us into their home, and we had the chance to learn a lot from them about local traditions and about Jordan in general. It’s a wonderful family with a great heart, and staying here gave us an authentic cultural experience that is hard to put into words. We arrived very late at night due to our flight, and the hosts still waited for us and took the time to explain everything calmly and thoroughly. Their hospitality alone made this stay unforgettable. It also helps that they speak excellent English, which made communication smooth and effortless. The location is fantastic: peaceful and quiet, yet perfectly situated — about 10 minutes by car from Madaba and also close to Amman. The apartment itself is comfortable and discreetly located, with plenty of space for parking. We also had access to a large terrace with a sofa swing, a cozy sitting area for enjoying coffee, and even the chance to play with the hosts’ adorable cats. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. For anyone wanting to connect with local culture, this type of accommodation is ideal. The added value of meeting such warm, open hosts is something you simply cannot overestimate. It makes arriving in a new country feel easy, safe, and truly enriching. As a family, we all agreed that this is the best place we have ever stayed — not just an apartment, but a place with real soul. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, and currency exchange for guests. Very nice spacious room. The family host were all very kind, brought us Turkish coffee, sweets and water on arrival. Arrival time was flexible and they helped us finding good spots in Madaba to eat, relax and enjoy the day. You have a good view from the appartment, it's quiet during the night and close by the city.

Our car battery died when we was checking out and he helped us jump start the car. Overall just a great stay, BBQ, swimming pool what more do you need.

The host welcomed us personally in the garden — a warm and friendly lady who speaks excellent English . She gave us great local tips. Although we arrived a bit late, check-in was smooth and easy. Just a few steps from the apartment and you're in the heart of Madaba — everything is within walking distance. We also truly appreciated the very early morning coffee with delicious local treats, a thoughtful and authentic touch from the lovely owner who looks like my grandma .
