Cat in the accoms is friendly and approachable but somewhat sassy. Owner is friendly and helpful with documents on whats around. Room is very cozy. Accoms has solo onsen bath but need to wait your turn as only can accomodate one guest at a time.

Ryokan Fukinoya is an exceptionally wonderful place to stay. The staff members were very gracious, the meals were amazing, and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We loved our private onsen. We can't rave enough about Ryokan Fukinoya, definitely a highlight of our trip!

I’ve stayed in countless hotels around Japan but Bettei Haruki is my favorite. The staff’s hospitality exceeded my expectations especially Yuki, he was a good host. The kaseki course dinner was such a good experience. I especially enjoyed the wagyu shabu shabu. The onsens were also amazing, I loved how they were private and the ambiance was just great! I will definitely come back!

It was a small, friendly, welcoming ryokan. The property has a small onsen that can be used. The owner prepares a lovely Japanese breakfast every morning. Rooms are spacious, there are only 3 rooms, making this place a homely one.
