Well located and the historic neighborhood walking distance from almost every site. The bathroom building was very nice and modern and clean. The main house building was also very spacious and comfortable. The bikes were great for getting around town. And I absolutely loved the private Japanese garden in between the two buildings. even in the winter snow, it made it a delight to go back-and-forth between the two buildings to use the restroom or shower. I would have enjoyed staying another day. Thank you for offering such a restful and peaceful place to stay. I enjoyed my time here much more than I expected. It was lovely.

Tried public onsens (indoor and outdoor pools), private onsen, and massage. Wore Yukatas the whole time :) All public and private areas were exceptionally spacious. The staff were very welcoming. There was a shuttle to/from the nearest train station.
