This accommodation is simply amazing! The couple we stayed with for two nights was incredible. She cooked unbelievably well, and he drove us to every attraction for a bargain price. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. I can only recommend this place!

We loved this property and would highly recommend it. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. He cooked us dinner each night and a breakfast each morning. Each meal had a massive spread of beautiful food. The property is extremely clean. It is close to Habarana to walk in if needed, however we didn’t do this as we were tired after a long day. Thank you for being a great host.

Golden Ray Villa is the perfect place to stay. Sanjeewa is the nicest person we have met in Sri Lanka, his food it's the most delicious we had, and each and every breakfast is diffetent and prepared with love. His attention to detail is amazing. The room was beautiful, super clean, and the beds are very confortable. The AC is very helpfull as it gets very hot in Anuradhapura in the hotter months. Inside there is this little garden, were you can relax, and a parking place inside (for us was very good since we had our own tuk tuk).

Our host is very happy and helpful person. Meals were very good, he gave us variety of the way to spend our time like visiting facilities. Organized all the trips by his tuktuk. My son loves driving tuktuk with him. We arrived before check in time so he organised room for several hours in his neighbourhood. Room was clean and spacious. My husband works online so table under the hood in garden was perfect for him. Garden is full of plants and there is lot of space to play. He was also organising drivers during our stay in Sri Lanka to get from one hotel to another and always for good price.

What an amazing experience! We came here for 3 nights after reading all these wonderful reviews. I have travelled a lot of places, but never ever have I actually thought of coming back to a place I have been already. That was until I stayed in Visu Villa. I was very sad to leave, because everything was just perfect. Ruwan and his team did everything they could to make our stay so perfect and always with a smile on their face. We felt very welcome, had a great room, the pool was nice and clean. The food was incredible, the evenings with a nice atmosphere. We also got a private safari where we spotted many elephants for a fair price and a tour around the village and even a lift to our next destination. Free of charge. Ruwan is the best host I have ever met. You can never find a better place to stay than here. ☺️ Thanks again to the whole team and we wish you all the best!

The Water Front Home Stay was the first accommodation of our journey through Sri Lanka. Wasa picked us up at the airport and taught us a lot about his country, people and culture during the drive. He and his wife go above and beyond to provide a pleasant stay to their guests. We had breakfast and dinner at the home stay and both were very delicious. Wasa also organized great drivers/guides to both Mihintale and the Ancient City. He also went with us to see the Dambulla Cave Temple and dropped us off at our new lodging in Sigiriya. Ayubowan Wasa, we could not have imagined a better start of our trip! :)
