We arrived late in the evening and had to catch an early bus the following morning. They were up to greet us in the evening and provided an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast at 6am before our bus. The place itself was very clean and tidy, would highly recommend. Thank you.

An exceptionally clean and spacious room in a quiet and green area outside Colombo. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable, which made for a restful night. There was a fridge and small kitchen area in the room, with a kettle, cups, plates, and basic utensils. The room had a TV, fan, and air conditioner. The bathroom is modern, with a lovely hot and cold walk-in shower. Soap and shampoo were provided. There was a large lounge and dining area separate to the sleeping area, available for my use. There was also a lovely veranda / balcony off the bedroom, with a table and 2 chairs to sit on. Gayathri was friendly and welcoming, and we had a lovely discussion upon my arrival. Breakfast is provided, but I left too early in the morning to enjoy this lovely addition.

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is very spacious and clean, fitted with modern fixtures, the manager is very friendly, understanding and flexible. I highly recommend the accommodation for all stays whether long or short.

The first day in Sri Lanka we made 1 day stop in Colombo. . Darsham was a great host. Well communicating before and during our staying. He made it possible for us to check early and have a breakfast the day we came in. Arranged many things for us. The Sri Lanka's breakfast was rich and delicious. The apartment was cosy, ample, clean...just perfect. 30 min drive by tuktuk for ~Rs. 900 to the city center. Highly recommended!

Super host, Mr Raja, very attentive to our needs. Provided breakfast which wasn't expected but very welcome. Also complimentary cleaning of the apartment. Allowed us to use the lovely garden area to invite friends round to a bbq and even marinated the meatstuff for us. AC was good, and free wifi too. Location very convenient just outside of Colombo, very quiet with no traffic noise or fumes.

The perfect home away form home. The hosts, Sriyantha & Champi go above and beyond to take care of their guests. We loved the Sri Lankan traditional breakfast with string hoppers and curry. Always book with breakfast, the best breakfast in Battaramulla. House has excellent WiFi. The place has a nice natural setting surrounded by trees and gardens. At the same time the house is 5 minutes walking distance to the the Sri Lankan, Citizenship and Immigration office building, where they handle everything from NIC, to Visa to Passport. If you have business with Sri Lankan government, the prefect place to stay. About 10 minutes walking distance there is the board walk area along side, Diyawanna Lake, with parks, bicycle tracks, fast food and fine restaurants, street shops and other facilities. About 30 minutes drive to One Galle Face Mall and Port City Colombo. About 45 minutes drive to the Colombo Bandaranaike International airport.
