Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

Although the kitchen seemed small at first, it is actually the perfect size to cook a meal for two. The room has AC which I felt worked amazingly as the day was quite warm without it. The owner greeted us at the check in time and was very helpful. We also used the pool on the rooftop and it was clean and had a really nice atmosphere.

Situated within 100 metres of Wadduwa Beach and 28 km of Bambalapitiya Railway Station, Kuma Beach side Villa features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Wadduwa. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, room service and currency exchange for guests. Everything! Kuma and his family are wonderful and kind people. They made our stay here amazing. The room was comfortable (ac worked great) and the breakfast was amazing! Can definitely recommend the Sri Lankan breakfasts (he also offered western style if you prefer). The location is right next to the beach in a quieter area of town, the train noises didn’t bother us at all and were mostly covered by the ac! The villa itself is a gorgeous property and we felt very at peace here.
