Upon check-in, we were greeted with tea and sweets and upgraded to a suite. The room was quite large and beautifully decorated. Amazing views from the terrace. Everything was clean and well kept. Bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. Heater and hot water worked great. There’s also an elevator, which makes things easier when moving luggage. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and contained options for everyone. My only regret was not staying longer.

We had some issues with a taxi not showing up for us and Mohammed (one of the staff / managers) called his friend to help us. The amenities were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was delicious. This Riad is central in the Medina! Would stay here again!
