The staff attitude, behaviour and responsiveness, the cleanliness, the calm and quiet. Everything was perfect! The best thing, it was in a 7-10mins walking distance from the bus station. The staff was kind enough to print us our bus tickets also.

If you have or rented a vecihle i definitly recommend this apartment. With motorcycle it takes 10-15 min. to old town. If i come again definitly i'll stay again.

We were a big group (eight young people) and our stay was even better than we could have imagined. The owner was extremely kind and understanding — he wasn’t upset at all despite our significant delay. He told us a lot about the area, gave us great advice about parking, beaches, and places to visit. He even treated us to some local products and always spoke with us with a big smile. The apartments were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — and the view was simply unforgettable. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. We highly recommend this place and truly hope to come back one day! 10/10! Amazing!

Appartement situé en front de mer, le logement du rez-de-chaussée est peu lumineux mais il suffit de sortir pour profiter d'une vue à couper le souffle. Pedja et sa famille sont au petit soin. Ils sont toujours prêts à rendre service, c'est très agréable. Pedja nous a offert l'apéro plusieurs fois et des poissons qu'il avait pêché le jour même !

The staff is great! There was a lady very helpful and kind. Just ask. The room was spacious, clean and cozy with a nice balcony. We were lucky, we had a room facing Noth so, in the morning we could drink our coffee in shadow. AC working very well. Location...beeing at the edge of the town, on one side you have free parking places which is great for Budva, on the other side you have to get your car for everything. No restaurants or market places close.

We would not stay anywhere else if we visit Kotor again!! The host/owner, Natalija, was wonderful, greeting us on arrival with the pre-booked parking space ready for us to use. Her apartment was stunning with every facility you will need, and a large balcony overlooking the wonderful views of Kotor Bay. And you can just cross the road to a (shingly) beach which we used a number of times. There are numerous restaurants and bars within a short walk near the apartment, and in Kotor Old Town which is only a 10 minute walk.
