Quest was a great place to stay for a few days in Lilongwe. The rooms were generous in size, the bathrooms had very hot water and the provided breakfast exceeded our expectations (it was big and filling!). There is a big common room with satellite TV so it's easy to unwind before moving on to your next destination. Quest is in a very safe neighbourhood (we felt safe walking home at night) and close to a selection of bars and restaurants which has good atmosphere on a Friday night.

The location is within easy reach of the city centre and is not difficult to find. The gardens are beautifully manicured and well taken care of. Even though, the property is within the city, it is peaceful and tranquil. The room was excellent, very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were lovely. The breakfast was superb; there was a choice of hot and cold breakfast available. The chef offered to make something specific for me, which was a wonderful gesture.

Very good breakfast, food was 10/10, good value for money. and the rooms are clean, restaurant is unbelievable a 10 out of 10. the selection of wine and bubble's, is out of this world, you'd think a vineyard is at their backyard. such an amazing infostructure coming up, I will definitely visit again

The staff on site were super helpful. We are so grateful to ASamson who always had a smile and always offered a helping hand even when we didn't need it 😊. My family were well looked after and it felt like I was at home. I was also super impressed with the respo se of the home manager who attended to all our concerns and offered solutions when in a sticky situation. Kudos to the whole team for being customer focused, listening and making changes as needed. Will definitely book again, my whole family loved the space and overall atmosphere.
