Firstly, the communication was perfect, they responded very quickly and I felt very welcome with their messages. The room was comfortable and very clean, I mean very very clean and not a bit of dust! Amenities was great and nothing was missing. The staff was very kind and they make sure you feel home, that’s their motto. The location was great, lots of shops, eateries, malls, nightmarkets nearby. Kota Kinabalu International Airport is 1 km away. Wonderful room with all the facilities you could need. We had a great time here, beautiful rooftop pool. If we come back to KK we will definitely stay here again.
