Very nice and cozy accommodation in the heart of Taman Negara. The vibe is chill and the personnel at the apartment is really kind. They help you in everything they can and they make your stay in the jungle authentic and vibrant. The breakfast is delicious, and they even offer Roti Canai! Also, the guy at the reception even drove us to our bus with his own car because our transport was late, they a really really kind family. If I go back to Taman Negara, without any doubt, I will stay again in the same place.

The stay is absolutely excellent and really good value for money. The host goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. He even drove us to the bus station on the morning we were leaving. Thank you!

Durian Chalet felt like home. The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, big, beautifully placed in the big property. I loved that my chalet was in front of a large patch of pandan, and it smelt wonderful. The chalet is located away from the main town square and that made it much quieter-something that I really wanted. Overall, I will definitely be coming back and staying here.

Great location! It is close to everywhere from Abot Guest House. To the River bank and entrance to National Park is 2 min walk. All around many restaurants and shops. Just in front of Abot is located Ana Restaurant, where You can eat breakfast from 7.30 am. Parking place is available.
The room is very clean. Bathroom is a little bit strange for european people, but it is clean, what is the most important for us. AC Works ok. One thing - there was a leak on the wall next to the sink and it would look better if the wall after the leak was painted.
Location is fantastic! We are very pleased with our stay at Abot Guest House.

A sample of true hospitality - the Balai Serama is such a unique and beautiful place, so pleased we were able to stay and enjoy the surrounding area, pretty gardens, and the generous meals on offer at breakfast and dinner. The owners Ijad & Marja are so welcoming and helpful - offering local pickups and suggestions on what to do. Their ‘ tailor made’ full day tour to Kuala Sat was such a fun and informative day, the highlight was trekking through the Orang Asli village and tubing down the river.
The location was ideal, in the main street of the little village, just a few minutes walk to the floating restaurants, river crossing, tour companies, and the bus stop. The room was clean and the mattress was soft but comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent.

Considering you are in a small village in the jungle the rooms are very clean and well equipped. When you book the transfer at the guesthouse you will be picked up from there.
The room was perfect, providing lowest stadards but all what is needed. A mosquito net is installed over the bed. A small balcony could be used to dry clothes. The Guest House is not in the centre of the village what is not problem at all as you can cross the village in less than 10 min.
The Guest House is very close to the Mosque, but in case you might be disturbed by the morning sinnig, ear protection was provided. We didn't need it at all.
