This holiday home provides a garden. Nikki made this rental into a home. You could feel this is not just a rental property but also a home to the owner. There were lots of amenities in the home and pantry that made our stay easy, even games for the kids. The location was perfect - a short walk to little Kaiteriteri beach. There was plenty of parking and great communication. We had rainy weather so my only complaint was no dryer to get our clothes dry, but apparently that is very common in NZ. There were several drying racks available instead. This is a great home for a family retreat.

This wonderful apartment was in the quaintest town of Little Kaiteriteri. The views were beautiful from the comfy deck, and we loved being able to take a stroll to the beach or the neighboring town Kaiteriteri. It was a perfect home base to explore the area - did The Great Taste trail on ebikes, and an entire day hiking through Abel Tasman Nat'l. Park. Returning to this apartment each afternoon was amazing!

Communication with the host was seamless, with clear instructions on how to access the keys. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it very convenient. The room itself was spacious, bright, clean, and included a lovely balcony. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed—a well-stocked kitchen and a washing machine, which made it easy for us to cook our own meals instead of dining out. For groceries, there was a convenient New World store in a nearby small town, just a short drive away. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.
