What I particularly liked was that there was attention given to details which may seem minor, but really do make a difference. Things such as having soft and fluffy towels, hot drink packets topped up daily, bathroom amenities and so forth. It is really convenient to the rest of the town, and is a great base for exploring the Catlins as the drive to various destinations is not too far and Owaka has a number of places to eat at. Definitely book in here!

The property is non-smoking and is located 200 metres from Kaka Point Beach. No breakfast included so I am not commenting about that. Although I did see spreads, milk, tea and coffee available which was handy though did not use.

They all include private entrances and off-street parking. perfekt place to explore the Catlins around Kaka Point / Nugget Point! Very clean and modern. The beach is only a few meters away. Comfy bed. Easy check-in. The view from the terrace is amazing.

Located in Kaka Point, within 100 metres of Port Molyneux Beach, Molyneux House offers accommodation with air conditioning. The suite was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ocean. A cook your own breakfast was provided each morning. On the counter were eggs and bread. In the fridge there was fruit, juice, yogurt, butter, milk, etc. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The restaurant was only a few minutes drive away. Nugget Point Lighthouse was a short drive from the town. The beach was in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
