I can strongly reccomend this accommodation and host as a to go place when looking for an overnight in Lapu Lapu! Efleda is a highly friendly and guest focused host, very easy to contact and she will answer all your questions. The apartment is în very good shape, everything works very well and a morning coffee în the balcony is more than a good idea. The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor. As were the hosts Bill and Christina!! Hostesses with the mostesses They welcomed us with open arms. Camotes Cay Hideaway is a hidden gem!! Great location, amazing views, felt like you had your own private beach. The apartments had everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment you could want. The bedrooms were comfortable and large. Having a water cooler that was replenished daily was an amazing luxury that you don't realise you need when traveling. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond. The owner was very flexible and accommodating when we couldn't leave the island due to the ferries being prohibited from sailing due to typhoon warnings.

We really loved our stay at Vailtin Home Point. As it's family-owned, it has a real close-knit feel about it and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Special shoutout to James and Joy who kindly drove us everywhere and were super quick at communicating with us! We were able to conveniently organise airport transfer to and from Cebu Airport through the hotel, as well as all our activity tours. We also availed of the laundry service which was done quickly and to a high standard. The room was so perfect - so spacious with really good air conditioning, powerful shower, a big water dispenser with purified water and a fully stocked mini bar. It was a perfect little piece of paradise in Moalboal and we felt so relaxed and at ease here. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the main town but they offer a tuk tuk service for a good price. The breakfast was good and the pool area was a perfect place to cool down after a day of exploring. We would love to come back and stay if we visit the Philippines again in the future.
