+ Absolutely lovely staff, they made sure our stay was truly special. Any request we had they tried to fulfill immediately! + we were allowed to use the facilities at the other hotels related to this property. We especially loved the free use of the saunas and the infinity pool + breakfast had many healthy and yummy options. They even with great options for vegans, so we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. The views onto the ocean from the terrace were quite the sight. + cute little town with natural pools and very quiet at night

1) Property is located in the great area with stunning views and in the same time, not far from many landmarks and the city. 2) Doubleroom was exactly what we needed with 2 separated rooms. Big number and we had the corner one which we really liked. Was very comfortable and clean. 3) In general hotel is like an old styled pansion from italian movies. Atmosphere is amazing. 4) Has big parking and garden with pool is simply beautiful. 5) Stuff was very helpful and friendly in the same time very professional. 6) Pretty nice sound proof + it was very quiet, this is the most important for me in the hotels.

Great amenities and flexible employee (we arrived late because we did not know our way in the region, but the employee meeting us was very lenient. The only thing was the noise outside, but I dont think it was particular to this apartment but more of a city thing. With the 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, would absolutely recommend!

This small hotel is located in a very beautiful place between the mountains. The sound from the Levada Novo is very calming. There is a beautiful garden, well taken care off. The rooms are nice, very good size and clean. Mr. Danilo who runs the place is very nice and he cares about it. The breakfast was nice with eggs, bread, cheese, cereals and fruits, every morning Carmen or Mr. Danilo was ready to prepare the breakfast and eggs. We had a wonderful week and we absolutely love this place.

The location was perfect: very close to the ocean, restaurants and the airport. You can actually walk to the airport (around 20-25min). The apartment itself had all the amenities (coffee maker, washing machine and dryer, etc. ) and it was very comfortable with a fantastic view. Patricia (our host) was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Our hosts were friendly and accommodating! Our flight was a little delayed so we ended up arriving later than check-in time, but it wasn't a problem and they met us at the property when we arrived. They had great advice as to where we should visit around the island and even helped us out with transport when we needed it. The apartment itself was so cute and perfect for me and my friends. We are a group of 20 year old girls and we felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. The town itself is great too and there is a beautiful black sand beach about 7 minutes away by car. Overall great experience and 10/10 recommend!
