Everything was excellent. Outdoor veranda on first floor was really nice.

The location is perfect. The small studio apartment was just what I needed in Porto. Comfortable bed. Strong WiFi. Many restaurants at your door step. Public transport closeby. A much better stay than a hotel.

The location was sublime. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the kitchen staff did not speak English so well, but the breakfast had plenty on offer but the coffee from the machine was not hot. Options for alternative milk options was on the breakfast bar but no option to have it hot. Cooked eggs are on offer. It is very plain. Pastries are good, variety of breads, meats, cheese and fruit.

the location was perfect - all points of interest were within walking distance. We were welcomed to the property by friendly staff. The room was so modern and well-equipped - loads of space and a comfortable bedroom and bed. So many positives!

This hotel has great staff. The receptionist was very welcoming, helpful and spoke brilliant English. He was happy to offer restaurant recommendations which no-one does any more. The morning receptionist asked us if everything had been OK during our stay. This is a first for us, a hotel which actually cares to ask if you had a nice stay. So well done. Our room was lovely, just big enough, with air con, a comfortable bed and a great shower. We also had the bonus of a small balcony from which we enjoyed watching the sun go down over the river. The room had a fridge, fancy coffee machine with two free pods, free bottled water and free toiletries. All very much appreciated. Location is great, it is right in the center of town. And while this means they do not have a car park, there is a large, free car park located just down the hill, below the hotel. You can park the car, then take the lift up, and walk two minutes to the hotel entrance. Very convenient. Breakfast was beautifully laid out and delicious. We throughly enjoyed bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and toast, with great coffee. We would return here again just for the breakfast, and the lovely staff.

Everything! Beautiful and quality apartment. It’s super quiet inside without hearing noice outside or other apartments in the same building. Each room has natural sunlight in when weather is good. Nice location to reach all the must see places in Porto. There are lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood. Feeling safe to walk in early morning and late night.

Right in the centre of Porto, Rio da Vila offers rooms with free WiFi. It is set 300 metres from Ribeira Square and provides a lift.

Very nice familiar hotel and everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy walking distances and and good bar inside the hotel, as well as a good breakfast. For car drivers very important: on request they have a good parking garage for a reasonable price very close to the hotel. All in all a very nice stay.
