There's free shuttle service from airport to River Camp and the host is really friendly.

I cannot even find the proper words to describe this place! 🤍🌲 Incredible place and location - in the middle of the woods, on beautiful lake, clear sky, quite... Accomodation itself is luxury. We saw incredible Auroras all night long, amazing sunset and sunrise. This is something special! Extremely nice owners as well, they went that extra mile to make everything perfect. Traditional Sapmi dinner and rich healthy breakfast were delivered to the hut. There are only two of the hut in the water, so privacy ensured. Sauna and covered fire place is on the land available. It was really amazing experience, definitely worth for the money. I would come back again for sure. The owner, Denise was very kind and helpful person! Whole stay was beyond our expectations 🖤

Northernlight cabin is a beachfront property situated in Kiruna, 19 km from Kiruna Bus Station and 22 km from LKAB Visitor Centre. Located 22 km from Kiruna Train Station, the property provides a garden and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is set 36 km from Esrange Space Center. Superb cabin with a superb view near the frozen lake! Small cabin but it had everything that we needed. You can change the position of the beds with a remote, in order to see better the lake or the aurora, very cool! Very good location in the wilderness! Would definitely recommend to others, really lovely cabin!!!

Jessica and Brice are wonderful hosts! I felt right at home at the apartment, which was impeccably clean. It has a very welcoming atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable. There is a big living room area with cozy blankets and lots of candles to light. The bathroom might be on the smaller side for some people but for me it was more than enough. The kitchen is big and well equipped. They provide coffee, different types of teas, oil, vinegear, salt and pepper, tea towel and a sponge and they even provided a plate with snacks like crisps and candy. It is those little touches that made this stay special. Jessica and Brice also organise activities like hunting for Northern Lights, snowmobiling and day trips. They also do pick-up and drop-off from the airport and train station as well as transfers to and from Kiruna. Would definitely recommend staying here and doing a tour with them!

We really like Swedish Lapland and the house is the perfect place for adventures in nature... it's our second time in this house, last time we were here in summer, now we enjoyed the winter (ski touring, hiking up Pyhäkiellinen near Skaulo, husky and snowmobile safaris in Lappeasuando ...)
