Fabulous mountain vibes, simple but tasted breakfast, dedicated and well-designed lunch menu, warm-hearted staffs, 24 hrs nice-flowing hot water, easy to arrive from the town/airport (no more than 40 mins)…Everything is prefect and I do wish to come back again with my family! This recently renovated homestay features a building dating back to 2010, which is 1.7 km from the Lagarto Beach. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Mr Luis was the perfect host. The grounds were beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool so refreshing and peaceful - perfect for cooling off each night. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Kitchen access was very convenient for preparing meals, along with a nice dining and living room area for relaxing, or socializing with other guests. Luis was always available to address any issues or answer any questions. We were able to keep our bags safely locked at the House while venturing over to Principe for 5 days, then return for another 3 days’ stay at Casa Luis. Luis made our trip to São Tomé seamless, pleasant and memorable.

Guests can make use of a bar. Loved our stay here! It´s very peaceful, quiet and lovely location. There are beautiful birds and flowers all around the property. Food is amazing and owner is very kind. We loved it here and would 100 % come back if we go to Sao Tome again. The location is remote so last part of the drive is difficult, since the roads are bad.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Residencial Tamarindos, a charming hotel located on the beautiful island of São Tomé and Príncipe. While the hotel may not be the largest in the area, it certainly makes up for its size with its warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the standout features of Residencial Tamarindos is its affordability. Considering the nice location and the amenities provided, the prices are quite reasonable for the islands. The dining options at the hotel are realy exceptional. Each meal I enjoyed was a celebration of local flavors, expertly prepared and presented. What truly sets Residencial Tamarindos apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly and eager to assist, making me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to my stay, and they were always available to provide recommendations or help with any questions 😊

There is nothing missing, the service is wonderful, the location is top notch. Highly recommended

The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster and a coffee machine, and 3 bathrooms with a shower and a hair dryer. Guests can take in the views of the sea from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. The holiday home offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. The location is fantastic and has a beautiful view. We loved staying in Santana. The house is well equipped and has a lovely mango tree in the garden. The hosts are very helpful. We really recommend this place.

Mostly private beach ( with the exception of a few people walking by) The staff were kind looking after a few stray dogs on the property.
