It is clean, quiet, peaceful, and the place is so big that it feels almost empty, so you feel like the place and the swimming pool is just for you. It's close to Hua Hin, if you want more city vibes. Cha-am is quite a small village, but it has a Macro to do the big Shoppings, there is 7-eleven in the corner of the condo, and across the beachfront is full of restaurants, shops and coffeeshops. Also there are events every weekend at the centre, concerts, and night food market on wednesdays. We spent the Songkran here it was amazing, such an experience! Cha-am has really good restaurants and a few really good places to eat around. it's literally next to the beach, you can listen to the waves from the balcony on your apartment. The apartments have all the amenities you might need, and all the workers and neighbours are lovely and friendly. We will definitely come back!

We are comfortable to walk inside with our barefoot and still feel the clean on every step. The house equip with all basic appliances that you are looking for in your vacation; air condition, microwave, refrigerator, TV as well as kitchen utensil that allow you to cook your food.

Beaucoup de conseils, des petites attentions, deux vélos gracieusement prêtés pour se promener sur la ville et une virée pour aller voir une grotte de chauve-souris à 10km que l'on aurait pas pu faire sans lui. Établissement très propre, literie très confortable, chambre impeccable, petits déjeuners excellents, et à deux pas de la plage. Tout est à moins de 500m (restaurants, cafés, bars etc).

Situé à Ban Bo Khaem, l’hébergement Beach Front Condo, Baan Thew Talay, Perfect Choice for Family and Couple offre une vue sur la piscine. Lovely ground floor condo, which was peaceful and close to the largest swimming pool. A short walk to a quiet beach next to Baba Beach Club. Enjoyed the 1km walk up the beach to Cha-Am beach or a short drive, so can enjoy the peace and quiet or head to Cha-Am beach which has more going on.

With excellent communication from our host, immaculate cleanliness, and spacious, well-organized rooms, this place truly exceeded our expectations for a family getaway!
